Petition Action

Make the government provide a representatives name on petition responses.

Petition Details

When a petition reaches 100K signatures, often the government provides a response or challenge to the petition being pursue by the public. Currently these responses are provided without information as to its source within the government. We would like to know who in the government is responding.

Additional Information

When the government challenges a petition it does not provide transparency as to the origin of the response. This denies any challenge to those responses. When we put 200K names to petition, we want to know the name of the person responding to that petition.
