Make it law to inform a jury of their powers of jury nullification.

There is currently no legal requirement for a judge to inform a jury of their power to nullify bad law by finding a defendant innocent despite being technically guilty of breaking a law. A jury should be made aware they have the power to disregard the directions of a judge.
