This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

The UK Government and Parliament do not have the power to take a Minister to court for human rights abuses.

If you would like the UK Government or Parliament to investigate or launch a public inquiry on the human rights implications of specific DWP policies, we could accept a petition on that. Alternatively, if you would like a specific law or policy relating to the work of the DWP to be changed, we could also accept a petition on that.
