National Conscription for youngsters who leave education and are unemployed or are convicted of crime.

Additional Information

Any young person who fits into any of the following categories should be forced to do National Conscription to gain skills, self respect and discipline:

Any young person permanently excluded from school.

Any young person who leaves the education system and cannot find work within first 6 months.

Any young person who is convicted of a crime.
