The PM & Cabinet Ministers must publicly score on the Psychopathy Checklist
Given the harm that the Prime Minister & Cabinet Ministers are capable of inflicting, it would be prudent for people in such positions of power to be openly scored on the Psychopathy Checklist—revised (PCL-R) and rated by an independent mental health professional to ensure they are not psychopaths.
