PLACE A STATUTORY CAP ON GOVERNMENT BORROWING

Additional Information

By their excessive propensity for borrowing more than the country can afford to pay back, both Labour and Conservative governments have succeeded in bringing our country to its knees. A cap must therefore be placed on all future government borrowing.
