Halt refugee migration into EU and ensure UN takes responsibility locally.
Refugee migration is a world issue and should be supported in a more professional manner. The UN must support refugees nearest to their country of origin as reflected in their charter. Funds could then be spent more effectively assisting far more people avoiding the chaos and deaths
