Start a no fly zone over Syrian cities and towns to protect civilians
The relentless bombardment of Syrian civilians by air attacks is one of the main drives for their displacement.
A no fly zone over some of the targeted cities and towns and for a sufficient period of time may achieve the limited goal of protecting those civilians.It may also strengthen the hand of moderate opposition in their fight against both Assad regime and I.S.
