Make owning a mobile phone with internet access illegal for those under 14 years
Stephen Balkam writes in his article for The Guardian that we need to "create a culture of responsibility online". We have a responsibility to protect future generations and children from the harm that the internet can cause including addiction, eating disorders and distorted cognitive development.
