Make it a criminal offence to run over a cat

Petition Details

So many people's pet cats are run over on English roads and I think it is wrong that there are no laws to protect our cats from being victims of hit and run. My family have lost too many cats by them being hit by cars and no one stopping to try and help, they just leave them to bleed out in the road
