Have a UK vote on how much the govt can spend on war, aid & non-british Citizens
The Govt should ask the British Citizens permission through a referendum (vote) if they can allocate tax payers money abroad to fund wars and foreign aid and non-british citizens. Anything above £5 million pounds, should have to be authorised by the British citizens and not the representatives(MPs)
When the cap of £5 million pounds is brought in, anything above this will have to be authorised by the British Citizens, this can potentially stop the government taking the UK's funds into their own hands to fund foreign aid such as the current Syrian crisis and gives the British Citizens their own voice on funds allocated outside this country and on non-british citizens.
To prevent spends such as £1 Billion pound to foreign aid, and further funds to maintain them in this country.
