Support the legalisation of gay marriage
We would like Her Majesty's Government to approve same-sex marriages for gay and lesbian couples throughout the country, offering equal rights to straight people in civil marriages. We would not like legislation that forces religious establishments to marry gay couples, but would like the name of civil marriage (not religious marriage) to be used, and would like the ban on religious establishments from marrying same-sex couples to be lifted.
