Publicise the names and addresses of petition signatories to prevent corruption.

Petition Details

There is a lack of accountability for those signing petitions. Some petitions have a large volume of signatures which are added at a suspiciously fast rate. The problem is made worse with how easy it is to spam the petitions with automatic signings, and semi-automatic signings.

Additional Information

By showing the names and addresses of those who sign the petition the public can help identify any suspicious looking activity and report it.

To match how voting works, people should be allowed to opt out of showing their details publicly if a match is found on the voters register.
