Stop Manchester Airport charging for Passenger pickups.
There used to be areas available to pick up passengers at Manchester Airport. Now due to security changes, one needs to Park and there is no period of grace, so if you drive in and your passenger is waiting and you drive straight out, you pay £3! There should be a free period of say 20 mins.
