Stop Local Authorities fining drivers using Cameras for traffic contraventions.

Petition Details

Local Authorities are allowed to hand out Penalty Charge Notices for traffic contraventions. If there are contraventions, this should be dealt by the appropriate agency/body, who is the DVLA or the Police. Local authorities should not be able to profit from traffic mistakes that do not cause danger.
