Human Rights and Welfare legislation should be amended to include social obligations

Additional Information

A referendum should be held on whether human rights and welfare legislation should be changed so those rights are balanced by certain obligations to society. Anyone who does not uphold their side of the social contract should lose their corresponding rights.
