make a legal requirement to slow and pass a horse wide and abide to signals
make it law to pass a horse wide and slow 10mph and respond to hand signals , at the moment it is not law and accidents are happening because drivers aren't listening or being held accountable for their actions and accidents they are causing, the roads are busier with bigger vehicles on the roads
To many riders ,horses are injured while out riding on the roads, drivers are not held accountable for causing accidents by rushing past riders to close to fast , the response is why should we we don't have to !! now days so many accidents are happening , people are in a rush and have no consideration ,if it was a legal requirement we could take action before a accident happens. I have had to many misses my horse is now scared , we need to be protected by the law, please help
