Prachanda,Nepal Maoiest leader to be arrested for war crimes upon his UK visit.
Pushpa Kamal Dahal, also know as Prachanda is a person who was directly involved in killing of over 16000 innocent lives in Nepal in the name of civil war against constitutional Monarchy. He later successfully became the PM of Nepal and renowned as a most corrupted leader in south Asia.
