Allow all Northern counties to secede from future southern rule

Petition Details

We of the Northern counties believe that a house divided against itself cannot stand, nor should it. The North-south divide is ever widening with no future prospect of any real equality. Therefore we believe that a seperate Northen state would best serve the people of the North.
