To periodically run random drugs & mental capability tests on MPs & Peers.
MPs, in both Houses, especially those in the government are in charge of people's lives & livelihoods. Charged with such a responsibility, it is essential that public is assured and is confidant that all decisions are made without being influenced by narcotics and are made while in sound mind.
