Cats owners allow cats outside only in outside runner for cats. No free range.

Petition Details

I cant get any birds is my garden. Includes chicken ducks finches. Because cats constantly trying to kill it. And killed in a past.

Additional Information

In a summer my conservatory door open because heat. I have finches living in cages. Cats going inside when no one at home. Stressing birds and sometimes its end up that after work im finding out birds without head or leg ina cage. I have big flowers beds in garden. When im oredring plug plants. I cannot planted it out straight away on bedding because cats constantly going on it for toilet . I have to grow plug plants in pots to be big enough that cats not destroy it when digging flower bed. Cats owners have to take responsibility for they animals and keep them inside.
