Fine Non-Voters £1,000

Additional Information

A law should be passed that all people on the electoral roll must vote in parliamentary elections under a
penalty of £1,000 for not voting. There is no excuse, even if a constituent is in hospital there is a postal vote.
If abroad on holiday or business there is a postal vote at the local British High Commission.
