Reduce and then cap the rental rates on private dwellings
Many hard working people struggle to make ends meet because of the extortionate rent demanded by Landlords. A lot of people in rented accommodation who want to save for the deposit to buy they're own property, cant because the rent demanded, swallows up that option.
