CCJ to be reduced from 6 to 2 years with Certificate of Satisfaction
Under the current economic climate, the 6 year rule for adverse effect of 'County Court Judgement' is unfair, some might have 'County Court Judgement' for minor disputes. Which may not be due to their inability to pay for their financial commitment.
Minor disputes such as Parking fines and business disputes are known to have got 'County Court Judgement' which has prevented getting mortgages and business loans, just to mention a few examples.
