Legislate for the tobacco companies to only make Biodegradeable Cigarettes

Petition Details

A disproportionate number of cigarette butts are discarded with no consideration of littering. Government should introduce legislation to force the tobacco companies to make the entire cigarette biodegradeable. This would save money in litter collection and assist our streets becoming cleaner.
