Force employers holding job interviews to publish the results of the candidates.
Everyone knows the old story. You finally find a job that perfectly suits you, you are invited for an interview, you work your guts out preparing for it, spend money and lots of time to attend and then when you get they are totally disinterested, usually because they have hired internally.
The government should crack down on companies who publicly advertise job vacancies knowing full well that the position has already been filled internally and not caring one iota that the potential candidates have wasted time and money going for an interview.
The government should do the following:
1) Publish in the Vacancy Ad any internal applicants.
2) Publish how many people applied.
3) Publish if the successful candidate was an Internal applicant
4) Compensate all applicants travel costs
