Let the punishment fit the crime for young rioters

Additional Information

If the youth courts cannot apply strong enough punishments due the age of the accused, give them them power to confiscate the accused favorite property, eg mobile phone, computer, x-box, playstation etc. This may let them know what it feels lie to have property taken away.
