Migrants and overseas workers must have private health care to come to this country. To obtain NHS care Migrants and overseas workers must have worked and paid Income tax and Nation Insurance for at least 5 years without a break. Until then they must have private health care insurance and if they have not got private health care they should not be allowed into this country.
