Prohibit United Utilities from making adverse reports, on to your credit report.
United Utilities put adverse reports on to peoples credit files making it impossible for them to receive credit. Some people have worked hard to improve their credit score, in order to obtain mortgages. Now the water company has set them back years. With no way of removing reports for 6 years.

The UK Government and Parliament cannot impose regulations on a single named company. If you want the UK Government or Parliament to take action to change the way that water companies are regulated, or the regulations around adverse credit reports in general, you could start a petition about that.
