Road tax rebate for petrol car owners

Petition Details

The road tax bands on cars were based on pollution and set up to penalise petrol car owners and favour diesel but we have always known that diesel produces more pollution. So a rebate should be due to petrol car owners going back to when these tax bands were introduced.
