Move the Rugby World Cup Final to Cardiff from Twickenham
England have unfortunately bowed out of their home World Cup. This is a sad thing, but it opens the opportunity to use the Best Stadium in the world of Rugby for the biggest match of all... plus it means a home nation might get a home final.
