The government should make cat-calling a criminal offence.
Cat-calling can leave women feeling uncomfortable and reluctant to walk by the same place again. Sometimes, even teenage girls on their way to or from school can be cat-called, leading them to believe this is a normal part of life and normalising this for future generations
