Heavy fine for those who litter

Additional Information

It is time we gave heavy fines to those who litter our streets the current fines are not a deterrent so are ineffective. A £1000 should be made against litterbugs and local wardens, Police Community Support officers should be able to issue these fines in addition to police officers.
