Give the license fee payers a say in the running of BBC
We are forced to spend hundreds on a service that is already well provided by the private sector; there is no longer a need for the bbc, it should be privatised. the amount of profit this publicly owned entity is missing out on is abysmal.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
It is clear from your petition that you are concerned about funding for the BBC, but because you have suggested a number of solutions, it is unclear which action you would like the Government to take.
If you would like the licence fee to be abolished, you might like to sign this petition instead:

If you would like to keep the licence fee, but give licence fee payers a greater say in how the BBC is run, you could start a petition specifically about that.
If you would like to resubmit your petition and include a clear action that you would like the Government to take, we would be happy to look at it again.
