Allow all other E.U. nationals to vote in The European Union Referendum
All other European Union citizens over 18 who are resident in the UK should vote in The European Union Referendum as the outcome of the European Union referendum will have equal impact on all residents of Great Britain, same as British, Irish and Commonwealth citizen resident in the UK.
The franchise for referendum will is based on that of the general election meaning Irish, Maltese and Cypriots which are EU Nationals and resident in the UK will get a vote, but other EU citizens will not.
Huge concern is that The Government is breaching basic Human Rights of its EU residents by discriminating based on nationality and imposing the rules of general elections without public consent. According to EUROSTAT' figures over 2,3 million EU nationals are residents in the UK.
