Petition Details

Tractors, combine harvesters and other slow agricultural vehicles cause massive tailbacks and huge delays on the public highway during peak times. These vehicles should be banned from the public highway between 06.00hrs - 09.00hrs and 17.00hrs - 20.00hrs unless they can achieve the speed limit.
