If we as a Nation want to boast of a largely unarmed Police Service we must protect them with the full weight of the Law.

Additional Information

With swingeing cuts to Police numbers and budgets our Officers will be facing a lot more danger and must be better protected. Any assault on a Police Officer including social media video, without conducting a professional standards or PCC investigation must be punished with a mandatory prison sentence of sufficient severity as to deter
