Make banks split interest they charge 50/50 with savers whose money they lend

Additional Information

The Government should make all banks split evenly the profit they make from the savers money they use to generate income. This way the savers see a decent return and not see savings eaten away by inflation and the banks paying obscene bonuses to their own staff who get rich using money that is not theirs.
