Place "Asylum Seekers in the Parish of Monewden" as neighbours of Lord Rose
Lord Rose is to lead the pro EU campaign. He has a limited background as a shop boy and would benefit, from first hand neighbour experience, from a couple of thousand asylum seekers living in his parish.
