Make Hillingdon Council permit construction of Nanaksar Primary School building.
Hillingdon Council have decided not to allow the erection of a permanent building for Nanaksar Primary School, without providing any explanation. Within two years of its opening, the school were awarded 'Good' by Ofsted (June 2015) but are now running in it's second year of no Reception intake.
In it's first year, the children were being taught in another schools' sports hall. In it's second year, the children are in mobile huts, sharing facilities from the sister school. Although the Education Funding Agency had approved the funding for this building, they are now refusing it due to Hillingdon Council not authorising the build. Hillingdon Council have not provided a reason for this decision.
