Install speed-bumps in Tweedholm Avenue in Walkerburn
The lack of speed bumps means drivers can go down the road as fast as they want. Cats, dogs and people have all been hit on this street and most recently my cat was killed and left on the road by an inconsiderate driver. Speed bumps would reduce the likeliness of this happening again
