exploitation of foreign workers
to stop unscrupulous employers who use migrant labour for a pittance and charging them extortionate rent for property which the employer owns. This is why some employers only hire these workers as its a win win situation for the employer.If this practice stopped there would be work for young people to get a start into the job market.
