Legalise 'Swegway Hoverboards' on pavements.
It has recently been made an offence to ride these handsfree segways on the pavement or road. It should be legalised on pavements as it has not been proven to be dangerous and it is easier and safer to control than mobility scooters and other personal transportation devices.
