Deregulate the growth of industrial hemp.
Hemp is a useful rotation crop that can be grown for fibre, food, fuel and biomass. It's good for the environment. It's non psychoactive. It's illegal to grow without a licence due to its resemblance to marijuana. Deregulation would provide new opportunities for growth in the UK farming industry.
