Defend the right of the individual to hold small private firework parties

Petition Details

There is ongoing campaign against the use of fireworks by individuals on their own property during the year. Given multicultural make up in the UK this would be impractical and would not allow for groups to use fireworks for celebrations such as birthdays and other celebrations.

Additional Information

In particular we wish to counter this petition and show that there are many people whose liberty would be impacted.
