Help our disconnected youth appreciate what they have

Recent looters and rioters complain that society has forgotten them so when convicted don't jail them to learn even more crime - send them to a remote Scottish island where they have no phones, drugs, internet or TV and the only damage they can do is to their own bunk houses in which they sleep. Give them a weekly food drop and only when they show true remorse bring them back to their homes to appreciate their parents, and just what they do have and how society does look after them.
