Scrap the 5p charge on plastic bags
On October 5 the UK government introduced a 5p charge for shopping bags in England.Whilst the aim is to reduce pollution and littering, there are better ways of reducing this pollution without making the average consumer pay for it.This is subtle extortion;it needs to stop! Think window tax of 1696.
