When those involed in Pulic Disorder are convicted they should forfit their mobile phones

Additional Information

Those who have cause distress to the community by rioting and public order offenses should have their mobile phones confascated and banned from owning a mobile phone for ten years. If caught with a mobile during this time a police officer can confascate the mobile and arrest the person and they should be given a fine of £1000.
