Scrap current thameslink service provider for extremely bad service.
The service provided on Thames link route is extremely bad. There are always train cancellations as the whims of train operator. People have to spend hundreds of pounds on alternate travel arrangements. Every day hundreds of parents not able to pick their kids from school on time.
