stop foreigners from gaining and sending benefits abroad
families from other countries come over to the UK to gain benefits to send them back to their country to allow an income and way of living.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're not sure exactly what action you would like the UK Government or Parliament to take.
It's not clear whether you would like immigrants to the UK to be prevented by law from transferring money out of the UK, or whether you would like to remove entitlements to benefits (such as child benefit) for family members who are not resident in the UK.
If you could make your request clearer, we could look at this again.
